The intervention proposes a small house on the ground floor conceived from a direct relationship with the landscape. The house opens to the south, towards the mountain and the light, while the north is protected by a more closed and contained envelope.

The project organizes a simple domestic program - two rooms, salon, kitchen and garage- in a clear volumetry, adjusted scale and traditional reading. Housing seeks efficiency, shelter and continuity with the environment, avoiding unnecessary gestures.

The construction is resolved with natural materials and with a strong local character: madera, decal and manual brick plasters. The covered structure is resolved by pair and row, reinforcing that desire for constructive simplicity., material honesty and link with traditional systems.

The result is a sober home, warm and precise, designed to inhabit the mountains from the protection, light and permanence.
